Seniors Wellness Programs

Seniors wellness programming holds a truly special place in our hearts. We are incredibly proud to offer gentle chair yoga classes and wellness experiences designed specifically for older adults, helping seniors stay active, social, and connected within their communities.

In addition to chair yoga, we also have Tai Chi instructors available upon
request for retirement homes, wellness centres, and senior living
communities.

Mobile Mind Body has proudly partnered with organizations including Bernard
Betel Centre, Chartwell, and Verve Senior Living to provide accessible and
uplifting movement experiences for seniors of all mobility levels.

Our classes focus on much more than exercise — we focus on building
community. Seniors have the opportunity to move their bodies, improve
mobility and balance, meet neighbours, socialize, and feel supported in a
welcoming and positive environment.
