Schools & Camps — Yoga for Youth

Mobile Mind Body is proud to bring movement, mindfulness, and confidence-building practices to youth through our partnerships with organizations such as Accumen Academy, Human Moves Camp, and Lumenous youth programming.

Our yoga classes are thoughtfully customized based on age group and energy
level. For toddlers and younger children, classes are playful, imaginative,
and animal-themed to keep students engaged and excited while building
coordination and body awareness. For older children and teens, sessions
focus on mindfulness, movement, self-confidence, emotional regulation,
stress relief, and discovering healthy new hobbies and outlets for
self-expression.

Our programs have been a huge success within schools and camps because we
focus on creating an inclusive, encouraging, and uplifting environment
where youth feel safe to move, learn, and grow.
